Terms and Conditions

 

1. ACCEPTANCES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Information on how to enter and the PRIZE for part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRIZE: The winner shall receive, credited to the bank account of their choice, the sum of $69.99, being the equivalent value of a 12 month, Single City Entertainment Membership. The PRIZE shall be credited no later than five business days after the winner accepts the PRIZE and informs SPARTANS GRIDION CLUB of their nominated bank account. Only one (1) prize shall be offered.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: This competition commences at 6:00pm, Saturday 15 October 2022 and closes at 11:59pm, Monday 31 October 2022.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The winner shall be selected from a random draw of all persons who purchase a 12-month or 24-month, Single City or Multi City Entertainment Membership during the PROMOTION PERIOD. Only purchase made through the SPARTANS GRIDIRON CLUB Entertainment Membership fundraising page (www.subscribe.entertainment.com.au/fundraiser/9a69009) shall be eligible for entry.

5. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES - REFER A FRIEND: A bonus entry into the PRIZE draw will be granted to any person who refers a FRIEND who purchases a 12-month or 24-month, Single City or Multi City Entertainment Membership through the SPARTANS GRIDION CLUB Entertainment Membership fundraising page (www.subscribe.entertainment.com.au/fundraiser/9a69009) prior to 11:59pm, Monday 31 October 2022. A BONUS ENTRY will only be granted to a person who has made an eligible purchase to receive a standard ENTRY. To receive the bonus entry, the PURCHASER must email spartansgridiron@hotmail.com with the Full Name of the person who REFFERED them to the Entertainment Membership, prior to 11:59pm Tuesday, 1 November 2022.

6. FRIEND: For the purposes of ADDITIONAL ENTRIES - REFER A FRIEND, current players, coaches, volunteers, support staff, ancillary staff and Committee Members of PORT ADELAIDE SPARTANS GRIDIRON CLUB INC are excluded from the definition of FRIEND. Any attempts to claim additional entries for referrals of the abovementioned persons will be deemed ineligible for ADDITIONAL ENTRIES - REFER A FRIEND bonus.

7. PRIZE DRAW: The PRIZE shall be drawn at random selection of all eligible entries and shall be conducted by the Club Secretary, Spartans Gridiron Club on Thursday, 3 November 2022. The winner shall be contacted by email and informed of their PRIZE. The winner shall be publicly announced on SPARTANS GRIDIRON CLUB’s social media accounts following confirmation of the winner.

8. DECISIONS FINAL: All decisions of SPARTANS GRIDIRON CLUB with respect to this promotion are final and correspondence will not be entered into regarding any decision.

9. AFFILIATION: This competition is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Entertainment Membership.
